كيف تضع Eau de Parfum
ضعه على نقاط الدفء في البشرة: باطن المعصمين، وأسفل العنق، وخلف الأذنين. لا تفركه؛ فالفرك يكسر بنية العطر ويُقصّر بقاءه. ينتشر العطر أبعد ما يكون على بشرة رطبة، لذا ضعه بعد عنايتك بالبشرة لا قبلها. ولحضور أكثر هدوءًا، رشّة واحدة في الهواء تمشي خلالها.
التركيز
كل فصل من L'Arbre de Vie هو eau de parfum، مؤلَّف داخل الدار. يُشكّل التركيز الطريقة التي يتفتّح بها العطر: يفتتح الـ eau de parfum بعزم، ويستقر في قلبه خلال الساعة الأولى، ويبقى قريبًا من البشرة طوال بقية اليوم. ومدة بقائه عليك تعتمد على بشرتك والموسم والفصل؛ وفصول العود في Les Racines هي الأطول بقاءً عادةً.
الأحجام
يُقدَّم كل عطر بحجم eau de parfum سعة 50 مل وبخّاخ سفر سعة 2.5 مل. تجمع مجموعة Discovery Set الفصول الثمانية جميعها بسعة 2.5 مل، معروضةً وفق ترتيب الحكاية.
العيّنة المجانية
تُشحن كل قارورة بالحجم الكامل مع عيّنة سعة 2.5 مل من اختيارك — اخترها في حقيبتك قبل إتمام الشراء. وهي هناك كي تبقى القارورة مختومة وصالحة للإهداء إلى أن تتعرّف إلى العطر على بشرتك أنت.
العناية بعطرك
يُحفظ العطر على أفضل وجه في ظلٍّ بارد وثابت — في درج أو في علبته، لا على رفٍّ تصله الشمس ولا في حمّام مفعم بالبخار. وإذا أُحسن حفظه، يحافظ الـ eau de parfum على طابعه لسنوات.
السلامة والحساسية
تتّبع تركيباتنا معايير السلامة الصادرة عن IFRA. العطور مخصّصة للاستعمال الخارجي على البشرة والملابس وتُبقى بعيدة عن العينين؛ وإذا كانت لديك حساسيات معروفة، فاختبرها أولًا على منطقة صغيرة من البشرة، وراجع معلومات المكوّنات على كل علبة. والأسئلة عن مادة بعينها مرحَّب بها دائمًا على support@muskdelumiere.com.

Shipping and Returns
Parsippany, New Jersey. Each batch coded bottle ships in fitted, shock absorbing packaging; atomizers are collar locked and caps secured. Climate and weather holds are used when needed to protect product integrity.
Orders are ordinarily processed within 1 to 3 business days. During launches, promotions, or holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time begin processing on the next business day. A tracking link is issued at carrier handoff and updates through delivery. Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days in total, including processing and transit. If checkout or Shop Promise displays a delivery date for your order, that date takes precedence over this general estimate. We ship by ground service only and do not offer expedited, overnight, or air delivery. See our shipping policy.
No. We currently ship only within the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. We do not ship internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or military addresses. See our shipping policy for destination restrictions.
Submit changes immediately with your order number. Edits are not guaranteed once processing begins or once the carrier has possession.
Returns and exchanges are complimentary within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging with the seal intact. Once a fragrance has been opened, it can no longer be returned or exchanged, for reasons of hygiene and safety. This is why every full size bottle travels with a complimentary 2.5 ml sample, so the bottle can stay sealed until you are certain.
To begin, write to Client Care at support@muskdelumiere.com with your order number. A prepaid ground label follows within one business day, and the refund is issued to your original method of payment within 10 business days of the return reaching the house. Orders that arrive damaged or incorrect are replaced or refunded at no cost; please write within 7 days of delivery with a photograph.

Care Instructions
Cool, dry, dark place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Keep bottles upright, tightly closed, and inside their cartons when not in use. Do not freeze or expose to rapid temperature swings.
Spray directly to pulse points (neck, collarbone, wrists, inner elbows). Do not rub after spraying; friction can dull the opening. Apply as desired; additional sprays increase projection and trail.
Yes all purchases come with a complimentary sample.
Same perfumery quality; only diffusion differs. The roll on delivers a precise, close aura; spray creates an even scent cloud across a wider radius.
Absolutely. Some of our fragrances are designed to stay on your clothes and project with the textiles.
Optimal within 36 months unopened; 24 months after first use when stored correctly. Subtle color variation over time is normal with high grade naturals.
Yes. Oil phase integration, ethanol dilution, controlled maceration, chill proofing, and fine filtration are performed prior to QC release.
Safety & Allergy Information
Category
Yes. Skin applied alcohol perfumes are evaluated against the current IFRA Standards for Category 4. Each batch is checked against the latest amendment.
They may contain naturally occurring fragrance allergens such as limonene, linalool, citral, geraniol, and coumarin. Allergen disclosures appear on packaging and/or product pages where required by law.
External use only. Flammable: keep away from heat, sparks, and open flame. Avoid eyes and broken or irritated skin. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not apply to animals
Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and IFRA conformity summaries are maintained for raw materials and finished formulas. Reasonable documentation requests are honored where appropriate.
