Effective Date: June 10, 2026. This Legal Notice supersedes and replaces any prior legal notice published by Musk de Lumière.

This page identifies the house behind this website and records the legal notices that govern its content. It is provided for transparency and is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service.

1.1 This website, located at muskdelumiere.com (the "Site"), and the Musk de Lumière online store are owned and operated by Musk of Noor LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of New Jersey, doing business as Musk de Lumière (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our").

3.1 The Site is hosted on the Shopify platform, operated by Shopify Inc., 151 O'Connor Street, Ottawa, Ontario K2P 2L8, Canada (shopify.com). Payment processing is provided by PCI-compliant third-party processors as described in our Terms of Service.

4. Copyright Notice

4.2 All content on the Site — including, without limitation, text, product descriptions, fragrance narratives, photography, video, graphics, page layouts, designs, and the selection and arrangement thereof — is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, displayed, framed, scraped, used to train automated systems, or otherwise exploited without the Company's prior written consent, except as permitted by applicable law.

5. Trademark Notice

5.1 Musk de Lumière™, L'Arbre de Vie™, the Tree of Life design, and the fragrance names Hayal™, Paradis de Bleu™, Néroli de Nuit™, Rosée Blanche™, Chérie Oud™, Impériale Oud™, Sultanat Oud™, and Royale Oud™, together with the Company's logos, packaging, and distinctive trade dress, are trademarks, service marks, or trade dress of Musk of Noor LLC, whether or not registered. One or more applications for federal registration are pending before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and common-law rights are claimed in all jurisdictions of use.

5.2 Nothing on the Site grants, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any mark of the Company. Use of our marks or trade dress in any product listing, advertisement, metadata, keyword, social-media handle, or domain name without our prior written consent is prohibited and will be enforced.

5.3 Any third-party names or marks that may incidentally appear on the Site (for example, within customer-submitted reviews) are the property of their respective owners, and their appearance implies no affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship of any kind.

6. Informational Content; No Professional Advice

6.1 The content of the Site is provided for general information and the presentation of our Products. While we take care to keep the Site accurate and current, we do not warrant the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any content, and we may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions — including in pricing and descriptions — at any time without prior notice.

6.2 Nothing on the Site constitutes medical, dermatological, legal, or other professional advice. Descriptions of fragrance character, mood, or performance are artistic in nature and reflect subjective experience.

7. Product and Regulatory Notices

7.1 Our fragrances are cosmetics within the meaning of the U.S. Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. They are not drugs and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements on the Site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

7.2 Our Products are alcohol-based and flammable, are intended for external cosmetic use only, and are shipped exclusively by ground carriage as limited-quantity consumer commodities under U.S. Department of Transportation regulations, as further described in our Terms of Service and Shipping & Delivery Policy.

7.3 California Proposition 65: WARNING: Products sold by the Company can expose you to chemicals including beta-myrcene and estragole, which are known to the State of California to cause cancer. For more information go to www.P65Warnings.ca.gov.

8. Third-Party Links

8.1 The Site may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or services, including marketplaces through which our Products may be offered. Such links are provided for convenience only. The Company does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site, and a link does not imply endorsement.

9. User Content

9.1 Reviews, questions, and other user-submitted content appearing on the Site reflect the personal opinions of their authors, not the views of the Company, and are governed by the User Content provisions of our Terms of Service. We reserve the right, but assume no obligation, to moderate or remove user content that is unlawful, misleading, or infringing.

10. Copyright and Trademark Concerns; Notice Procedure

10.1 The Company respects the intellectual-property rights of others. If you are a rights holder and believe in good faith that content on the Site infringes your rights, send written notice to legal@muskdelumiere.com including: (a) identification of the protected work or mark and proof of your rights; (b) the specific URL(s) where the material appears; (c) a description of the concern; (d) your name, address, and contact information; and (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on the rights holder's behalf. We will review and, where appropriate, remove or modify the material promptly.

11.1 The Company is committed to making the Site usable by as many people as possible, including individuals with disabilities, and we work toward alignment with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as our guiding standard. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and portions of the Site may not yet fully conform.

13.2 This Legal Notice is informational in character. The contractual relationship between you and the Company is governed by our Terms of Service and the policies incorporated therein, which control in the event of any conflict with this page.
