Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

• Pre-orders will ship on the published release date noted at checkout.

• You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Rates

• We offer standard shipping (3–7 business days) within the United States.

• Express shipping options are available at checkout.

• Complimentary shipping is available on orders over $100 (after discounts, before tax).

International Shipping

• At this time, Musk de Lumière ships exclusively within the United States. Expansion to international markets will be announced in the future.

Delivery Issues

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Musk de Lumière is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

• Once an order is marked “delivered” by the carrier, liability transfers to the customer.

• If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please submit a request under the Return & Exchange Requests page for assistance.

Pre-Order Shipments

• Pre-ordered fragrances ship beginning on the date listed at checkout. Any additional items purchased in the same transaction will ship together with your pre-order.
