Rosée Blanche est un accord de rose blanche née près de la cime de l'arbre, une fleur venue de bien plus bas, rouge et lourde dans l'obscurité, qui s'est élevée à travers la chaleur et le bois jusqu'à s'épanouir ici : pâle, lumineuse, intacte de la terre dont elle est issue. De l'huile de rose de Bulgarie et un mélange d'absolu de rose, enveloppés d'une crème de vanille de Madagascar et d'amberwood, encore frais comme la rosée du matin, assez doux pour s'y abandonner et impossible à ne respirer qu'une fois. Chapter IV · The Climbing Rose
Inspired by Love
Love begins low and climbs.
It starts heavy, red, rooted in something you cannot fully explain, and it changes you on the way up. Roseé Blanche is a white rose near the crown that began among the roots and gathered warmth on the climb. I built it around the same rose I use at the root, turned toward the light: white peach and lychee for the first flush, vanilla folded in as cream rather than sugar, amberwood and white musk for skin, where love lives. One more breath. Always one more breath.
