La pluie, quelque part sur la côte italienne. Elle tombe sur les feuilles vertes, sur la pierre chaude, sur la mer elle-même, et le temps d'un instant suspendu l'air se fait neuf. Paradis de Bleu, c'est cet instant, préservé. La bergamote de Calabre et l'air marin et pur déferlent sur un cœur frais et transparent de muguet, de jasmin et de mousse de chêne humide, tandis que le bois flotté et le vétiver lui prêtent la gravité tranquille de la pierre après la pluie. Inspired by Rain
Rain is relief.
You feel it in the chest before the skin: the heaviness breaks, the air turns clean, and everything is made new. A tree cannot live without water, and the leaves are where it drinks, so this chapter holds the rain. I composed it in the order a storm happens: bergamot, lime and salt air are the first cold drops, lily of the valley and cassis the wet green heart, oakmoss the smell of stone after the storm, driftwood and vetiver what remains once the rain has passed.
