Where does the house ship?
Within the United States, to the 48 contiguous states, Washington, DC and Puerto Rico. Fine fragrance travels by ground only, so not yet to Alaska, Hawaii, the other US territories or abroad. Orders to Puerto Rico travel with USPS by land and sea and take one to two weeks.
How fast is shipping?
Fast and complimentary on every order. Orders leave New Jersey within one to three business days, and a tracking link is emailed when the parcel is on its way.
How do I track my order?
From the tracking link in your shipping email, or from your account.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Yes, until it is packed. Write to the house right away with your order number.
Returns and exchanges
What is the returns policy?
Returns and exchanges are complimentary within 30 days of delivery. Write to the house with your order number and a prepaid label follows within one business day. The full policy.
Can I exchange for another fragrance?
Yes, within the same 30 days. The house arranges the exchange, and any difference in price is refunded or charged.
My order arrived damaged.
Write to the house within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph. A replacement is sent, or a full refund issued, as you prefer.

What is in the Discovery Set?
All eight fragrances, 2.5 ml each, in one box. $60, shipped complimentary.
How does the $60 work?
The day your set is delivered, a code for $60 arrives by email. Enter it at checkout on any 50 ml bottle within 30 days, and $60 comes off the price. How the $60 works.
Samples and gifting
Does every bottle come with a sample?
Yes. Every 50 ml bottle comes with a complimentary 2.5 ml sample of any fragrance, chosen in your bag. A Pair comes with two.
Is gift wrapping available?
Every bottle arrives in its gift box, ready to give. A handwritten note on request: write it in the note field of your bag.
The fragrances
Are the fragrances unisex?
Yes, all eight.
What concentration are they?
Eau de parfum, every one. Composed and hand finished in house in New Jersey.
Which ones contain real oud?
Impériale Oud and Sultanat Oud contain genuine Oud Assafi, wild harvested in Sylhet, Bangladesh. Chérie Oud is built on a soft amber oud and Royale Oud on an oud accord.
How long do they last?
It depends on your skin and the fragrance. The four lighter ones stay close through the day. The four with oud last into the night, and Sultanat Oud is found on a scarf days later.
How should I wear and keep it?
Spray on the wrists and neck, and do not rub. Keep the bottle in its box, away from sunlight and heat.
Are the formulas IFRA compliant?
Yes. Every formula follows the current IFRA standards for fragrance worn on the skin. Allergens are listed on the packaging.
